1.1. Abengoa Solar prepares and creates this Web site using information obtained from both internal and external sources, and does not provide any warranty with respect to the completeness or accuracy of the information provided.
1.2. Abengoa Solar makes every effort possible to verify the accuracy of any information disclosed on this Web site; however, Abengoa Solar does not offer any type of warranty, whether express or implied, to that effect.
1.3. The Web site is distributed on an "As Is" basis and is available for your own information and personal use without any type of support from Abengoa Solar. Abengoa Solar does not provide any kind of warranty, be it express or implied, regarding the Web site, or in relation to the products and services offered on this site, whether directly by Abengoa Solar or in our name, including, but not limited to, guarantees of quality level, suitability of products and services for a specific purpose, compatibility, safety and security, accuracy, or any other implied warranty derived from use thereof or any type of commercial activity.

2.1. 4.- Warranty disclaimer
4.1. Abengoa Solar is not responsible for any damages or harm that may result from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone failures, or disconnections occurring in the operational functioning of this electronic system; delays or blockage in the use of this electronic system resulting from telephone line deficiencies or overload or overloading in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as any damage that may be caused by third parties through unlawful interference beyond the control of Abengoa Solar. Abengoa Solar is likewise exonerated from any responsibility for any harm or damage endured by the user as the result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by Abengoa Solar whenever the information comes from sources outside the company.
4.2. Abengoa Solar assumes no liability for fraud (including, but not limited to, that deriving from negligence) resulting contractually, non-contractual liability, or in any other way, with respect to: (a) economic loss, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, collateral damage, loss of income, benefits, contracts, businesses, or anticipated savings or; (b) losses involving business opportunities or reputation; or (c) any particular or unanticipated loss, indirect damage or general damage, regardless of the cause of such damage and; in any case, regardless of whether or not said loss has or has not been anticipated by you or Abengoa Solar at the time of the occurrence of the event giving rise to the same.
5.- Web site structure and design
5.1. Abengoa Solar is free to make unilateral modifications to the structure and design of the Web site without prior notice whenever deemed appropriate, and may modify or eliminate services, content and conditions for access to and/or use of the Web site.
5.2. Abengoa Solar reserves the right to:

7.- Product and service quotes
7.1. As far as third-party product and service quotes are concerned, Abengoa Solar acknowledges the owners’ corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights, without this entailing any mention or manifestation whatsoever on the Web site regarding the existence of any rights or responsibility on the part of Abengoa Solar regarding the same.
8.- Usage rights
8.1. You acknowledge and accept that the content of the Web site is available to you exclusively for personal non-commercial usage, and to that effect you may download said content solely onto a computer hard drive (RAM memory). Any other use of the content is strictly prohibited. 9.- User obligations
You are not allowed to:

Abengoa Solar shall have the power, now and at any later date, to add to the Web site video content and/or other user communications or materials of the same ("User Content"), and we are free to make use of it as deemed appropriate, including, but not limited to, our power to host, share and/or publish said content, which must at all times meet the separate terms and conditions that are applicable.
10.2. Abengoa Solar does not endorse said content or opinions, recommendations or suggestions expressed in said content,, and we disclaim any responsibility regarding the same. We do not allow activities on the Web site which infringe upon intellectual or industrial property rights or any other infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights. 11.- Infringement
11.1 You agree to take full responsibility for claims, responsibilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, incurred by Abengoa Solar as the result of infringement on your part or any responsibility incurred by Abengoa Solar in relation to your use of the Web site or use by any other individual who accesses the same by using your computer or Internet access account.
12.- General
12.1. If any of the conditions put forth herein are deemed to be illegal, void or inapplicable, the existence of said condition shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining conditions.
12.2. These conditions (as well as any specific amendment) contain all agreements and understandings between parties in relation to the matters to which the same refer, and replace any agreement, whether verbal or in writing, between you and Abengoa Solar. No verbal explanation or information from either yourself or Abengoa Solar shall alter the interpretation of these conditions. You agree that, in accepting these conditions, you have not based your consent on any kind of representation not expressly included in the same, and acknowledge that you hold no recourse or action whatsoever regarding misrepresentations that have not been included in these conditions.
12.3. These conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, and any dispute, controversy or claim resulting from or related to these conditions shall be resolved exclusively and definitively through arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules, procedures and processes specified under the Rules Governing Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC"); findings must be handed down by an arbitrator. Arbitration shall take place in Madrid, Spain.
12.4. The Web site is managed and provided by Abengoa Solar in Spain. We do not issue any type of statement or assertion regarding Web site appropriateness or availability for your use in other countries outside of Spain.
13.- Consent
13.1 By accepting the conditions or through use of the Web site, you authorize Abengoa Solar to gather and make use of your personal data for the purposes outlined above, or for any other purpose deemed reasonably necessary for the suitable supply or administration of services, in accordance with the conditions.
13.2 You hereby accept that your personal data may be transferred to countries outside of the European Union for purposes described above. Said countries may not offer personal data protection equivalent to the protection granted in Spain or the European Union.
